Earn The Minutes provides hockey training through a holistic coaching approach encompassing five pillars essential to success.
FedEx: Tell us about your business. What inspired you to get into it, what you sell/service you offer, what makes your business stand out and how it impacts you, your community or the environment.
ETM is not just a hockey development business, it is an all encompassing lifestyle. When we looked at other competitors in the regions we serve, we realized that not many programs focus on the outside factors that may impact a player. We want to make sure we are building good people in order to create great players on the ice. We hope that we can impact our community on multiple levels as we expand in the next few years through our facility.
FedEx: How would you use the FedEx Small Business Grant money to make a significant impact on your business?
The FedEx Grant would allow us to progress towards providing our players with better training equipment and invest towards a facility. Currently we use great local facilities, but it is time for us to start building a place to call home. Our facility will include studio and synthetic ice, a fitness center, a teaching kitchen , a study lounge and more. Our goal is to create an all-encompassing facility that can serve our families conveniently linking homework, practice, and even dinner.
