Off-ice training includes speed and agility, hand-eye, strength, flexibility, and core training.
Open to all players regardless of position. Training is a combination of footwork, speed, hand/eye, strength, and cardiovascular training. Emphasizing friendly competition and fun. Programs are developed by Cassie Mann, our Director of Off-ice Player Development and current senior Exercise Physiology student at Kent State in Ohio. Contact us for distance training options.
